Corporate Achievements

  • Empress

    Strategic partner to a new precious metals’ royalty and streaming company. As Investor, Advisor and Investment Manager, Endeavour provided seed funding, follow-on funding and know-how to create this new company. We negotiated and executed the creation and spin-out of royalty portfolio from a Canadian exploration company into a new private company (Empress). We established Empress’s TSXV listing, structured an alliance with Accendo Banco, providing exclusive access to Mexican opportunities and sourced, advised on and executed follow-on transactions to build Empress’s portfolio. We continue to advise and source transactions for Empress.

  • Lydian

    Prepared and delivered a Fairness Opinion as to the financial fairness of the credit facility, precious metals stream and metals offtake elements of the Amulsar Gold financing package.

  • MNG Gold

    Advised on the acquisition of a controlling stake (55%) in Aureus Mining Inc. for US$30 million.

  • ENK

    Advised on the merger with Rusina Mining NW in a transaction valued at $29 million.

  • UrAsia Energy

    Acquired Kazak uranium properties and raised $700 million, the largest deal ever done at that time on the TSX-V; sold 18 months later for $3.5 billion.

  • Pacific Rubiales

    Acquisition of oil and gas assets in Colombia and raised $440 million, the second largest deal ever done at the time. Then merged with Pacific Stratus (Colombian gas) and now valued at $9 billion.

  • Peak Gold/New Gold

    Acquired two mines from Goldcorp, raised $440 million and then merged with Metallica and New Gold to create an intermediate gold producer; now valued at $3.3 billion

  • Silver Wheaton

    Creative deal where we spun off the silver stream of Wheaton River to create the only listed, pure silver company and, with several financings of over $130 million and several acquisitions, grew it from a market cap of $12 million to $9.4 billion.
