Strategic partner to a new precious metals’ royalty and streaming company. As Investor, Advisor and Investment Manager, Endeavour provided seed funding, follow-on funding and know-how to create this new company. We negotiated and executed the creation and spin-out of royalty portfolio from a Canadian exploration company into a new private company (Empress). We established Empress’s TSXV listing, structured an alliance with Accendo Banco, providing exclusive access to Mexican opportunities and sourced, advised on and executed follow-on transactions to build Empress’s portfolio. We continue to advise and source transactions for Empress.
