Bill is one of the team members responsible for origination, analysis, structuring, execution, monitoring of investments, investor relationships and managing the operations of Funds sponsored by Endeavour.
Bill has over 18 years of experience advising and investing in the mining and metals sector, primarily with Endeavour. Bill joined Endeavour in 2002 as a Director, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. His primary responsibility was managing the investment activities of the Endeavour Mining Capital Fund, a closed-end listed fund investing in the natural resource sector. Mr. Koutsouras managed the investment process and was responsible for the operations of the fund and investor relationships and he is one of the original executive officers involved in the creation and building of Endeavour Mining Corporation. Mr. Koutsouras has extensive experience in natural resource corporate finance transactions, having been involved in many acquisitions and financings in the natural resource sector, in addition to serving as a non-executive director of numerous mining companies. Prior to joining Endeavour in 2002, Bill was a senior associate at PriceWaterhouseCoopers managing audits for hedge fund and private equity clients. CFA and CPA qualified.
